A. Smaller screensize
B. No support for UMD games
C. No UMD drive
D. Double the price
E. No conceivable advantages whatsoever
F. Sliding hinge will inevitably break, needless moving part
G. STILL doesn't protect the screen in your pocket
H. Have to rebuy your games

Why exactly, do some of you want this device?

A smaller screen...is not a plus because it's more portable.

This device costs less to create, and is lower quality.

Nobody should buy this, imo. People should send Sony a message that they won't just buy anything they put out strictly in the interest of supporting the company. They should actually make it worth buying, or at least an upgrade from an old console.

The purpose for the Go was to prevent piracy. Why are we paying extra for loss of SEVERAL major features, including screensize, ability to play games we already purchased, and UMD drive, when we could get a superior product for less.

I don't know how many people are really buying this, or just saying they are to support Sony.

Not ONE THING on this product is upgraded and many things are downgraded, and obvious flaws to the console, like controls, haven't been fixed at all.

Don't buy this. It sends a bad message to Sony.

It says they can take features away, charge vastly more, slap a new name on it, and it will boost sales....just no.

I couldn't agree with you more.  I decided to buy a PSP a couple of months ago but was going to wait until after E3 to see what the revision would bring to the table.  Less features for more money.  It's hard to believe that people are excited for this thing.  As for me, I'll be buying a PSP -3000 this week.
