What do you think the console fail rates are?

I'd say:

Wii 5% (There's that pixel issue a while back)

PS3 10-15% (YLOD is starting to pop up a fair bit with launch consoles)

360 20% (RROD reduced, but every console sold before the new chipsets were brought in has the same risk of failure).
