Will Tales of Vesperia be localized for PS3 or not?

I thik the most damning piece of evidence is the number of translated handheld titles. If they can't even bring those over why would they release and updated version that needs even more VA? They need to release the handheld games over here instead of worrying about an improved release of a game we already got imo.
