@LordMatrix: All PS3 games are region-free. Or all PS3 systems can play all regions, whichever. BluRay discs actually still carry the region sign and DLC is usually tied to the region the disc, so there is some note of the region but it doesn't amount to much when it comes to you playing the game.
Well, I hope it comes over, after playing the xbox360 version together with the fact that they have announced the PS3 one to be fully voiced I can manage with the Japanese, but it's a great game so hopefully PS3 owners outside of Japan can enjoy it too.
