I had a feeling they havent finished all the units for zerg but at the same time its hard to have a fair battle report without all the units to back them up (zerg are my favorite so I have been paying close attention). from all the information I have been able to gather from battle reports, the website and the official starcraft development forum/blog. there hasnt been any mention of scourages. The gaurdian is back which has new ability which I like. I would really like there to be something that evens the score for zerg. Especially now since the protoss have the mother ship.
