It's about content, and japanese won't buy 360s all of a sudden just because they could play content they don't want in a different way. Let's wait and see if Microsoft can get japanese companies to develop enticing Natal software for Japanese audiences. For the moment I'd say "no" because I don't think Microsoft has delivered the content yet, and Natal won't make a difference. And just my opinion but I doubt the easily disoriented average japanese gamer would like a "no-controller" interface.
