I think M$ has an opportunity to get alot of old 360s off the market with the Natal Xbox.  Before this announcement, I had EVERY intention of getting a new 65nm 360 to replace my current one this summer, but these developments have totally modified my plans.  If M$ can deliver a new 360, with Natal, the 45nm that's already in development (if not already completed), an larger HDD, and maybe a Flash Slot...I would get it on launch day.  I'm sure Gamepro will have an awesome trade-in offers, liek they did for the original xbox, when I turned in my old on and get almost $200 bucks towards my first 360, which I sold to get my current elite.
