Blech. I hesitated for reviews to come out to order my copy (which I did today), so it won't get here until Tuesday or so. :( I _could_ have gone to a store to buy it, buy I'm lazy and currently am in the middle of nowhere.
On that note, since I'm in the ass-end of nowhere at the moment, I'm stuck on satellite internet. :( 600ms ping FTL. Surprisingly, it's not _as_ bad for gaming as one would think (I'm with a very nice Canadian company, Xplornet). In Killzone 2, I notice almost no lag, it's pretty much a miracle. I imagine the KZ2 team must have some hardcore lag-correction code, as the few times I've played it online, I've actually done pretty well.
Other games are not so good. Halo 3 is playable, but just barely. Mario Kart Wii is pretty much perfect, but it's not really lag-dependent. Haven't tried Brawl.
