I know exactly what you're talking about with the Income Tax laws. The income tax that the Feds collect each year is illegal.
I'm not to sure about this North American union you're talking about, though. I've heard about it, but was unaware that Bush was behind, and I doubt that he really is.
And technically, the USA is an American union. We are a collection of united states located in the American continents.
