you should be fine honestly the PS3 has pretty great hardware and a low failure rate. However, if you already own a wii and 360 I would recommend waiting for a PS3 price drop since you can almost play every game anyways by owning those two. THats not to say don't get a PS3 period cause it has some amazing exclusives I just don't know if it'll be worth the current price when you already own both the Wii and 360.
