Maybe put something between the upper torso and bottom torso. As it is now, the floating crotch just stands out too much.

I also think you need another color. It's an interesting design, but it's too monochromatic. You might try replacing the dark blue patches with a contrasting color or a light neutral color (i.e. a pale grey).
