Perez Hilton is on a path where he will learn that fame that is not based on talent is short lived and easily lost ...

I hope you are right, can't take this guy anymore.

Basically, this is kind of my point ...

Someone who is famous for their talent can recover from negative points in their career because their next big album, movie, book, or whatever can be good enough to attract new attention; and after several successful projects and a long period without "offending" people most people will forgive them for their mistakes.

Perez Hilton is in a cycle which many famous people have been in before, where he is losing the attention of everyone so he has to do more to maitain the interest of everyone but in the process he offends twice as many people as he attracts; as is obvious from how many people dislike him, and how fast their numbers are growing. Soon enough he won't have enough pull with the audience to get any spots on television or on radio, and the people he offended will not come to his blog, so he will be in a position where it will be nearly impossible for him to recover the fame he has lost.

I don't know when this will happen, but I can't imagine he will last much longer. You will see him again though ... probably on some show for washed up famous people, like the surreal life.
