ROFL @ this clown. If hewanted to protect his code/work, going open source was the dumbest idea ever. That's like protecting your secret by telling everyone what is.
To everyone suggesting that he sue, good look @ that. He released it as open source. Do you guys not understand the concept of open source. The whole point is that there is no copyright. You're basically giving away all the code for free and you have no ownership rights. People can use it and modify it as they see fit. That's the entire purpose of making something open source. That's why you would do it. He should have released under the Creative Commons thing if he just wanted to show it off. Under that there are rules that you can't use modified version for commercial products and rules that say you can't change the creation.
