Sorry Lastgen. The next-respondent was Affliction and he's from the states, so he'd be the one to get it if Tombi can't get it to work. I'm trying to find out for sure if the code is region-specific, but I think it is. I'm from Canada, so I HOPE it would work on an American PSN account.
