I think its just my component cables. i tried it out again, and i can hear the 360 boot up and the sounds it makes when you sign in, but i can't see anything. I tried this on 3 different TVs and the same thing happened. So its pretty obvious that the cord is going out.
Thank the Lord. So i'm just gonna get me some new cables and hope that fixes the problem.
