Firstly, Home is generating Sony a lot of revenue, ads, clothing, spaces, etc, etc. Folding at home costed Sony about 5 bucks, all you do is donate. Vidzone is great and will push casual music lovers in Europe to purchase a PS3. If I was Sony I would stop fooling around and sign contracts with Twitter, Facebook, AIM, Blockbuster.

maybe blockbuster but for other services i don't think PS3 is a preferred choice.. u can use a nettop or even palm will be more easy for these services.. that is wot i m saying. PS3 can never become ideal for these services. :)

Why cant the PS3 be ideal, but the 360 is?  Since it is getting some of those features

I didn't say that X360 is ideal.. the problem is that by launching X360 earlier, MS has already have a bigger library for X360.. so Sony first need to match X360 in game library department before matching the other features of X360.. this is just my point of view.

Sony don't need to match the 360 in game library.  When you think about it Sony as the biggest library of games when you count PSN, PS1, PS2, and PSP games.  There are plenty of games I still haven't played that I want to play from all PS consoles.  There is over 500 PS3 games which includes exclusives and  multiplats and that's plenty of games to me.  360 have about 130 more games and like you said it's because it be out early.
