That's true, but then the Wii is 2x the PS3's number.

yeah but then the Wii has three or four times the amount of units in the US so a lot of playing goes around, same with the PS2 and it's 50+ million user base

also we don't really how much of those PS3's are for Blu-Ray movies or Home Theater.

This is Nielsen probably the best there is in statistics and Entertainment industry hell the TV shows are biased around its numbers.
