Bluetooth.  Might let me play with DS3.  3000 can't do that or use any other possible bluetooth features.  Planner and clock are also only for PSPGO and it wouldn't be the first time Sony added features that older models couldn't do via firmware(Skype for PSP1000).

Iphones are not $200 the 2 year contract that you must sign adds a lot more dinero to that figure.
