I think they should add some sort of feature that lets you have a look at your friends friends. Much like Facebook etc. It would be soooo much easier to add people you know. Also. It would be nice if you could change the displayed name of you friends, istead of their PSN name.
EDIT. Ooo.. i just noticed from that screenshot that you could seeif your friends had become friends with anyone. I just hope you can check out that persons profile too.
