I'll vote for FFX.
I'm one of the people who thought that FF7 was overrated (it's a great game, it's just not squares best).
FFX stands tall even without the hype and it also has the added bonus of being the last new entry into the main series ff that I thought deserved the title of Final Fantasy.
FFX is a more complete package than KH2, even though I really enjoyed the game (it continued the story of my favourite game afterall), the battle system is really really really flawed. Beating the whole game without using summons and only using cure magic, sparingly, is not good in my books.
