@Valkyria, I'm glad and surprised that you like this game. If you like the combat, I recommend playing Digital Devil Saga; the combat is pretty much the same but with random encounters. The story is pretty awesome though.

I would but I refuse to play games with random battles the only exception to that is pokemon.

Oh. I also want to recommend Nocturne since it's pretty much like Pokemon, but I feel the game is going to be too difficult for you; it's my favorite in the series.
Make sure you build your charm.

Ive seen Nocturne gameplay and meh. I like P3 because of the sim gameplay. Battles isnt that big of a draw for me. Its solid but not a selling point for me. If Nocturne is like DDS which combat is like Persona but both DDS and Nocturne focus on story and combat.....I dont really want.
