Extended warranties fixed many of those consoles. So booyah!

Also my UPS guy said he gets A LOT of PS3s. So I'm just saying...

1. tell that to the guys that had to replace there 360's 5-12 times a year for the first 2 years, more warrantie or not, it was an issue that even 360 fans got annyoned by at the time.

Lastly, the fact still stands his Launch PS3 outlasts many launch 360's, granted not all, but ALOT. :P

OH NOOOOOOOS, THE GLORIOUS MOTHERSYSTEM COULD NEVER HAVE A FALURE RATE THAT GREAT!!!!!! Dude, seriously, get over it, The PS3 obviously has some problems, perhaps not as great a number as the early 360s. But I don't think any system is exempt from it...I wait for a "MY Wii has died!" thread...perhaps using your logic, the Wii is better than the PS3 because it really is a solid console.

@O.P. A console is a terrible thing to lose...especially if you are in the middle of a game, hope your issue gets resolved soon.
