I have something that has 1% chance of succeeding but worth a shot
flip the pwoer switch on the back of your PS3 OFF. Unplug the power cored from your PS3. Now press and Hold the green turn ON button on the front of your PS3 for 10 to 15 seconds. Try your PS3 and see if it works.
Like I said a very very slim chance but no harm in trying and it works on all kinda electronics laptops, Desktops ... etc
