I'm just wondering, hypothetically speaking, if the Conduit fails to sell despite the advertising, and ends up selling on the level of say mad world....what would that mean for 3rd party developers, and wii only gamers?
if this hypothetical turns out correct then it'll have the negative effect of justifying the beliefs of 3rd party core games not selling well on wii, and this in turn would affect the wii core gamer since more developers focus there core game development into the casual direction.......the same could also happen visa versa.
It seems that allot is hinging on this game doing great, cuz anything but great sales will translate as a flop, I call it the killzone syndrome (killzone 1 great game but nor a halo killer as many thought so it failed, Killzone 2 was suppose to be CG like and although not a 100% CG like it came damn close enough that it was accepted and seen as a success)
