For me, the answer is likely to be FFXIII. As much as I loved Vesperia, I still prefer the vast majority of Final Fantasy games to it. |

I really enjoyed 12. I didn't enjoy it as much as my favourite FF's, but nonetheless, it was a fantastic game.
Was it better than ToV? I think so. Much better? No.

That's a bit unfair, wouldn't you think?
There are plenty of RPGs I prefer over several main installments of Final Fantasy; Xenogears, Vagrant Story, Dragon Quest VIII, Disgaea, Valkyria Chronicles, FFT are all, in my opinion, better than FF VII and VIII.
