For sure it's great to play some old favourites. I just finished playing FF8, which I haven't played in years. I am quite happy to play the originals. I have no problems with them re-releasing calssic games, but to spend to the effort reworking the whole game seems tedious. I'm still shocked SE hasn't released the three PS1 games in a collector's set like they did with 5+6.
