Those other two SE(the others were developed by someone else I believe) games were targeted for the Western world so it's logical that they would be putting english as a primary language next to Japanese. I think Microsoft probably had a hand in that as well. Final Fantasy is a much larger game than anything SE has done this generation to and I think a few months wait is much sooner than most of us thought.
