Monster hunter + PS3 slim + HD graphics + proper online functionality + cheaper PS3 = very likely to happen and appeal to it's fans enough to make it a success...
I honestly don't see why it can't happen, especially now that Capcom have the framework engine 2 which incorporates PS3 tools and libraries to make development nice and easy and fast with great results.
