Wow, I came in here planning on explaining how the story in InFamous is so great, but it looks like that's already covered in the OP.
Well, I love the background story in the Resistance franchise; it's really interesting, but the games don't include all of that info (I look around online when I'm bored).
I also like the concept of Assassin's Creed.
For me, a great story is something that has a ton of background info with all sorts of conspiracies and mysteries, etc. InFamous has lots of government stuff going on, AC is kind of like a doomsday thing, and Resistance... well, I want to know how the hell humanity survives the war!
