Will Metal Gear Solid:Rising Sell more on the PS3 in NA?

You are loco, most of the biggest fans bought a ps3 thinking Metal Gear would remain playstation only. You can see how RE5 sold better or about the same on the ps3 and 360. This was becaus RE5 used to be sony only. It is currently rare to find games that sell so closely on each system.

At what point was Resident Evil ever Sony only? Infact the RE franchise was timed exclusive to the GameCube last gen.

This is not the same situation as RE, because there has already been an exclusive main series MGS game on the PS3. That means that 4M MGS fans already own a PS3.
