What a weird statement. The only way this wouldn't be true is if the PS3 got a price cut and Sony immediately discontinued the console, resulting in no sales. As long as that doesn't happen, I'm fairly sure the NA userbase will increase with a pricecut, or without one for that matter, kinda like how it does every week.
