on the case of FF13 it seems like they're gonna be on par due to the fanboys actually interested in the game ( and Ms's eventual massive advertising campiagn).
On the Rising...def the PS3 unless Ms has an extra trick up their sleeve like making it times exclusive for more than 2 months.
