Of coruse that's ignoring the fact that "good" neighberhoods keep porn shops out to keep property value up, and that if porn shops are creeping in, it means a decline has already started. |
I don't think anybody buys porn, and with the internet I'm sure there's a lot more people watching it, and more kids being exposed to it than ever. If anything, good neihborhoods are the ones who have good internet connection.
