Particularly about anything which could possibly slow the sales of the current product they have on the market. No, Microsoft would say this: "Yes we're coming out with a new console next year so those of you thinking of buying a 360 don't do it! A new better console is on the way!" Think about it for just two seconds and you may come to the conclusion that this statement doesn't mean jack. |
Windows 7 beta was released in January and set to expire in August about 4 weeks before Windows 7 was released. Also, the 360 was announced a year before it was released.
