Haven't read through this entire thread but it seems that he is just bluffing. Activision has more to lose since they will lose a considerable install base. Also if Sony drops the price on the PS3 Microsoft is guaranteed to match it or at least make the 360 skus attractive making both consoles drop in price and giving Activision a larger install base.
