While I'm sure Konami has a different story, if this is anywhere close to being true (which wouldn't surprise me, considering some horror stories I've heard about the Japanese workplace) I wish her luck in suing their pants off. Docking her pay when she needs it the most is horrid, especially in a country that needs every new child it can get.
