Totally the developers fault here, most multiplat games are very close in comparison.

No it's Sony's fault because they paid for a timed EU exclusive and for the release to go hand in hard with the Bluray release of the remastered original movie.

The only way it's Sony's fault is if they pressured them into releasing the PS3 version early.  Could Sony be behind the scene pushing for it to come out early? I guess they could be, and if that is the case then it is Sony's fault.
