After the surprise hit of Demon Soul, From Software could be one of the strong contender too..
But it still doesnt sound right. Its wrong for Sony as they r loosing money and its wrong for developer because Sony is no more a dominant force rather they r deadlast.. so they r restricting themselves.
But If sony really do it then it will be awesome.
