Everyone knows what can be done on the PS3 now after games like KZ2 and MGS4. This is just a case of the developer not being able to get the best out of the machine. Multi platform developers in general just don't seem to have the manpower to extract the performance out of the PS3. Maybe next time Sony will appreciate that you need to provide a system that is easy to develop for.
