He just left EA for MS just few years ago ... I find the move very peculiar, he probably want to move back to California. I can understand that. Too bad though, I think he was doing a great job at MS during the past year and his E3 presentation was much better than Don Matrick. I listen to one of the podcast interview a guy who know both of those men (around the time Peter Moore left MS) saying that they though Schappert would eventually replaced Don Matrick and Don would end up going back to EA.
