Here is what it should be IMO:
- On PS3/360/PC only! No Wii version
- Old characters need to make an appearance, like CJ and Vercetti
- 80s/90s styled theme
- Has to have a malibu club
- More weapon selection
- Keep driving system from GTA4
- No going out for dinner with friends etc. Alot of shit. I mean your getting chased by the Russian Mafia at 200mph and Roman phones you asking for a big mac!
- More humour
- A different story, not the usual 'I need money' stuff.
- Vice City radio stations.
- Planes Planes and more Planes. Also airports.
