All of what i said isn't impossible. GTA IV cost a shit load to make because it was the first GTA to run on nex-gen consoles and the initial set up must have been huge. Now that they have the engine, it shouldn't cost that much more, as i would imagine the engine took a fair amount of that 100mil budget they had.
