PS3 exclusive is already a no-no, sold more on the 360.
Bring Claude back from GTA3 and have 2 distinct areas. Vice City was great, Liberty City is just tired now. So a mix of Vice City and San Andreas would be cool.
Of course more missions. Less pop-in. Bring back all the features GTA4 took out.
