No but then it was assumed to be a holiday 2009 release by most fanboys that liked to list PS3 exclusives for 2009.

So what does it matter that it wasn't "confirmed".

It doesn't matter because the PS3's lineup is so much better the the 360's that this game could come out in 2025 and we'd still be chillin' capice?
