I'm really put off buying this game aswel. Don't get me wrong if it look's good and there's nothing else to play around that time then I'll get the game but building it to suit the Xbox mean's less disc space and less creative idea's and creative idea's was 1 thing that really made the metal gear franchise. If MGS4 took up a whole blu ray then what's MGS rising gonna be like. A downgrade.

Does your rhetoric make you happy? You realize that MGS4 only took up a whole bluray because they burned up the extra space with uncompressed audio right? which is like filling up a CD by playing 45 minutes of silence before a 2 minute hidden track.

Absolutely nothing suggests the game will be downgraded for the 360. If anything, you'll get the same experience with shorter load times on the 360, like most multiplats.

Oh right and your saying this because you worked with kojima making the game? So why isn't MGS4  possible on the 360 then and how come they are building a new engine for MGS rising. Bottom line is Xbox doesn't get Snake, it's not gonna be a stealth game and if Kojima ever does decide to make a MGS5 it would be a PS3 exclusive. So who's getting the wrong end of the stick. Oh and your comment about slower loading time's is only on multiplat game's that were ported to the PS3. All that's gonna change soon

I'm saying that because it's common knowledge. Why isn't MGS4 possible on the 360? Simply put, it is. Saying it isn't is semantics. It was optimized for the PS3, but if they felt like putting the time into making it look exactly the same for the 360, they could have.

As for comments about slower load times, you are guessing, apparently, because that's simply not true. Even games with PS3 as the lead platform tend to load faster on the 360. Not only that, but a number of games with mandatory installs on the PS3 load faster than their 360 counterparts with no install. There are 2 reasons for this 1) The high tech bluray drive is simply not as fast at transferring data as the DVD drive in the 360, and 2) the 360 has more RAM available. And neither of those issues will be changing anytime soon.
