Where did you get that from ? His comment had to nothing about funding. He is just pissed that Microsoft gave it to Ruffian games which was formed by former Real Time World people (some of the main people who worked on the first Crackdown). It's also in the same general location to Real Time Worlds. If he wanted to do crackdown so bad, they should have started a second team. There have to be enough people for that, if a second company formed.
