There are Wii/PS3 capable engines out there, and even Squilliam mentioned that the MC aspect could be quite easily ported between the two systems, so I don't think it's impossible.
Obviously no Nintendo 1st part games, but stuff like EA sports active or whatever it's called? definitely possible IMO.
