No. Nintendo never shows up to TGS, or at least they haven't since 2005 (where they unveiled the Wii remote), and there's no real reason for them to show up this time, either
It is high time to see more on Dragon Quest X, since IX will be well out by then, and perhaps more on FFXIV to get the hype train going for that. and it's a given that we'll see more on pretty much every "big in Japan" game that we already know about. The show-stealer will be the PS3 Slim, which Sony isn't even trying to deny anymore, but will still bring the house down.
