I own a 360, Wii, and DS. The 360 and DS I don't even BEGIN to regret buying, both have brought me untold hours of joy.
As for the Wii, whether I regret buying it or not depends on when you ask me. If you had asked for a month or two after I finished Galaxies or Twilight Princess, I would have told you I didn't regret it at all. Most of the time, though, I look at it sitting on my floor wasting space, and wonder why I wasn't able to resist Nintendo's siren song :P
