I remember reading about a guy who got a 360 achievement every single day since launch. He logged into Live to everyday to prove it. I bet he's pissed, now!
I really noticed the improved speed, though. I was avoiding downloadable content because XBL was so slow, at one point. Now, it's business as usual.
